Xenon’s signature class, the Rhythm Ride, will highlight choreographed upper body moves synchronized to up-beat music, as well as ab and dumbbell exercises. A short cool down and stretch will end every session.
In this 45 minute class, the focus is to create a fun and thrilling experience while providing a full body workout!
