Rhythm Ride
Xenon’s signature class, the Rhythm Ride, will highlight choreographed upper body moves synchronized to up-beat music, as well as ab and dumbbell exercises. A short cool down and stretch will end every session.
In this 45 minute class, the focus is to create a fun and thrilling experience while providing a full body workout!

Strength&Soul
This class focuses on endurance and resistance training all to the beat of thrilling music. Expect some jumps, sprints and upper body movements in this class.
In this 45 minute class, the focus is to create a challenging, yet thrilling soulful experience while burning loads of calories!
